Our main shared hobby is kites--designing, building, and flying them. Loosely included with the kites are banners and various other just for fun fabric creations. Designing and building is probably the most fun, with flying right behind. John also finds teaching the techniques a wonderful high, and has been doing so for twelve years or so.
